Welcome to Food

The GCSE Food Preparation and Nutrition course is designed to teach students a wide range of culinary techniques, knowledge of nutrition, food traditions and kitchen safety.

At the culmination of this two-year course, our intent is to ensure that students are equipped with the skills and knowledge to produce a wide range of healthy, nutritionally balanced dishes to a high standard. In addition, students will have developed the skills to do this within a budget and set time frame.
